returns eligibility 📝
we accept returns within 14 days of your order arriving. to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
non-returnable items 🚫
for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been lit, used, or damaged after opening.
damaged or faulty items 💥
if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
return shipping 📦
customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. we always recommend using a tracked service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.

once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method. refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days.
